Refund Cookie

At Whipped Wonders, we take pride in crafting delicious, custom-made cakes for every special occasion. Because our products are made to order, we have the following refund policy in place:

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the pickup/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparations are already in progress.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed cakes (with personalized messages, themes, or decorations) are non-refundable once production has begun. Please ensure all design details are correct when placing your order.

Product Quality Issues

• If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request a photo and additional details to assess the issue.
• If the complaint is valid, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement.

Missed Pickups or Incorrect Delivery Information

If an order is not picked up or if incorrect delivery information is provided and results in a failed delivery, no refund will be issued.
